At Chaotic Fashion, we embrace the bold and the unique, but we want you to love your fit. If your order doesn't match your vibe, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging with all Chaotic Fashion tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
